Throughout the years, Europe’s finest dining was often thought to be either French or Italian. At least, that is until Noma came along and put Copenhagen on the map as one of the most cultured and sophisticated foodie cities in the world! With a plethora of Michelin Stars and a commanding presence that is influencing modern food culture around the world, we feel it’s only fitting to share our favorite restaurants that you need to try the next time you find yourself hungry in the Danish capital.
