Will you hit up any of our favorite festivals happening this summer?
- We Love Green
- This French festival has a serious focus on being Eco-friendly. There are workshops and seminars on environmentally friendly practices, a think tank, and even a start up incubator for conscious business ventures. It’s not all work and no play however, the festival features an array of live performances from French artists to international stars. Tame Impala is headlining this year! We Love Green is held June 1st and 2nd in Paris and makes for one unforgettable weekend.
- Secret Solstice
- This Icelandic festival is held in Reykjavík and doubles as a great excuse to explore the beautiful country. The three day festival features superstar performers like the Black Eyed Peas, Martin Garrix, and Rita Ora spread over a three day weekend from June 21st-23rd. Don’t forget to take in the majesty of the aurora borealis before taking off for your next destination.
- Henley Festival
- If you’re going to be in the U.K. this summer, try to make it to London for the Henley Festival running from July 10th-14th. With headliners like Boy George, Björn, Jessie J, and Tom Odell for music as well as art exhibits and comedy shows, there’s something for everyone. The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will surely steal the show Sunday night as they take to the Floating Stage with their renditions of classic show tunes. While it might not have the same name recognition as Coachella or Burning Man, the Henley Festival is easily one of the world’s premier music festivals that you don’t want to miss.
- Sziget Festival
- If you want to close out the summer with a bang, then head to Budapest for August 7th-13th and experience the massive Sziget Festival. The list of superstars that will be gracing the stages at this year’s event is seriously daunting and features nine headliners, such as Florence + The machine, Post Malone, Foo Fighters, Twenty One Pilots, Martin Garrix, and countless other acts that are by no means any less noteworthy. The festival also features some spectacular works of art that rival Burning Man and Coachella.
